Easy…..POSTURE.
Posture occurs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Posture when you are sitting, walking, driving, watching TV, using the computer, raking the leaves, jogging, sleeping, brushing your teeth….everything you do, every second of the day.
This may seem over-whelming at first, but a little effort goes a long way. Start by thinking about your posture every now and then. You will start to develop good habits and these good habits will grow and more good habits will develop.
