Summer vacation is almost upon us. With it comes summer road trips with the family. So how can you avoid crampy, naggy, achey back syndrome while driving? Here are some tips…

Take short breaks and walk around (of course everyone already knows that one)

Do isometric exercises while driving or sitting in the car. What are those? Tense up all the muscles in your body, hold them tight for as many seconds as you can, release (but please, if you are driving, pay attention to on-coming traffic). This will help keep your muscles loose and help to keep back pain at bay while on your family trip to Walley World.
