Many do not realize the link between carpel tunnel syndrome symptoms and chiropractic spinal misalignments…. True carpal tunnel syndrome is when the carpal bone ligaments in the hand no longer hold the bones in the proper position, the tunnel that holds the median nerve to the hand is compromised and subsequently pinches the nerve to the hand causing numbness and tingling.

These same symptoms can be mimicked if the lower cervical nerves in the neck are being pinched. These cervical nerves are the lifeline between the arm and the brain. Pinching it acts like stepping on a garden hose and can impinge the function of the nerves it controls.
It is recommended to have your neck, shoulder, elbow and wrist checked for misalignments if you have experienced these symptoms.
